Profile

Jill has over 25 years' experience in the Customer Service industry, working on the front line through to senior management. Her experience spans the aviation industry, hospitality through to healthcare. She has an MBA in Strategic Human Resources, a postgraduate adult teaching degree and is a qualified coach and assessor. Jill is a member of the Association for Coaching.
